Good-bye to some favorites. Hello to what's next.

After nearly 20 years, it’s time for me to slow down a little, refocus my priorities, and make life — and business — a bit more manageable.

Because let’s be honest… many of you have watched me work 80-hour weeks while running around like I’m on fire. And honestly? You wouldn’t be wrong. 😅

Over the past year, I’ve spent a lot of time thinking about what the future of Eclections looks like. I’m not ready to stop — not even close — but I am ready to simplify a bit and create a better balance moving forward.

So, after much thought, I’ve made the decision to downsize Eclections back closer to our original-ish size.

A few years ago, after closing the Men’s Store, we struggled with what to do with that additional space. Truthfully, the biggest reason I held onto it was because I loved having all the extra back room and storage space. But now? It’s time for me to embrace my “empty nester” era and do what so many of us eventually have to do… downsize.

Here’s the important part:
Eclections, as you know and love it, is NOT going anywhere.

We are still here. We will continue to be here. And honestly, we’re excited for this next chapter.

The portion of the store known as Nick+Crew will be closing, and we’ll be reworking the current Eclections space to incorporate the brands from Nick+Crew that we’ll continue carrying.

This transition also gives us a great opportunity to really evaluate our product lines and maximize our space. That means some brands that may not have been our strongest sellers will be leaving Eclections. If one of your favorites ends up being one we say goodbye to, please know it’s nothing personal — we simply need to be intentional with the space we have moving forward.

You’ll soon notice a “For Rent” sign appear in the Nick+Crew windows — so please don’t panic! It is ONLY for that smaller additional space.

And of course… what better excuse is there to have a SALE while we clean out spaces, reorganize, tackle the basement, back rooms, and all the things we’ve been avoiding for years?

Our sale officially begins Thursday, June 11th.

No — not everything in the store will be on sale. But you will find incredible deals on select product lines (or portions of lines) that will no longer be part of Eclections moving forward.

Also, please pardon our mess a bit this summer as we freshen things up! Along with downsizing, we’ll be replacing fixtures and sprucing up the store while we’re at it.

As always, thank you for supporting Eclections for nearly 20 years. This little boutique has been one of the biggest blessings of my life, and that is because of YOU.

I’m excited for this next chapter — a little simpler, a little more focused, and still filled with fashion, gifts, laughter, friendship, and all the things that make Eclections what it is.
