No Worries - Journal Club
You all know I love a good Hallmark movie (yes, I said it 
)… and I recently came across Journey to You—which, of course, involves two of my favorite things: hiking + a little soul-searching moment.
And it got me thinking…
What if we created our own little version of that? 
I found this beautiful guided journal called “No Worries”—designed to help you slow down, reflect, and… well… worry a little less (and it's the actual journal in the movie! how about that!). And honestly, between life, business, and everything in between… couldn’t we all use a little of that?
So here’s my thought…
A Journaling Club at Eclections
• Once a month
• A cozy Wednesday morning - Thinking 2nd Wednesday of each month @10am?
• Coffee, tea & pastries (because obviously 
)

• A space to reflect, share (if you want to), and support each other
No pressure, no perfection—just a chance to pause, connect, and maybe learn a little something about ourselves along the way.
Because while hiking might be my version of therapy… this might be the next best thing
